- Bio sites
- Digital business cards
- Domain registration services
- Related online tools and services
Payments are securely processed by Paddle or Stripe for card transactions and PawaPay for mobile money, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
By purchasing any Profile Zone product or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Annual Plans: Customers who purchase annual subscriptions may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date if:
- The service has not been substantially used beyond the first 14 days
- There is a verified technical issue preventing normal use
- The request complies with Paddle, Stripe or PawaPay buyer protection policies
All domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain is registered through Profile Zone, the cost is immediately paid to the domain registry and cannot be recovered. If your plan included a domain, the cost of that domain will be deducted from any eligible refund for the plan itself.
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Custom setup or professional services
- Third-party service fees
- Subscription renewals after the billing date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile Zone account settings.
When canceled: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent service termination
- Restriction from future purchases
Paddle, Stripe and PawaPay may also independently investigate payment disputes according to their policies.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take:
